The day is structured around three Plenary Debates focusing on three areas at the heart of the concentration of power:

- Media — Freeing Public Debate from the Grip of Billionaires, examining the conditions needed for an independent and pluralistic public sphere; and Tax
- Fighting the Secession of the Ultra-Rich, exploring ways to tackle the extreme concentration of wealth.
Alongside these three central debates, the Summit will take over the entire Théâtre de la Concorde with roundtables and discussions, screenings, exchanges with the public, a bookshop and book signings.
